Notary Tidbit of the Week – Fees

Always record your notary fees in your register. If you don’t charge a fee for notary services, write N/C in your register for No Charge.  You may also charge clerical and travel fees, provided the fees are reasonable and agreed to by the customer beforehand. Do not record clerical and/or travel fees in your register.
