The City of Philadelphia’s Department of Records has provided PAN with its guidance on their operations during the pandemic’s closure. This information was updated on July 14, 2020 and included information on notary commissions.
For those of you who purchased PAN’s Motor Vehicle Agent Services Basic Title and Registration Course Online, you have until the end of July 15 to complete it. This course is going to be replaced with an updated edition as of July 16.
You can choose to wait for the updated edition or complete your current course before July 16.
Either course will provide you with the education certificate you need.
