PAN phone lines have been ringing off the hook in the past several weeks since our members learned about the new notary public law (RULONA) and the education requirement. Let’s clear up the confusion.
Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (www.notary.org) will hold several educational seminars this month for Lancaster County area notaries.
PAN will hold an afternoon session of our Notary Reappointment Seminar in Wilkes-Barre on June 21 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hampton Inn & Suites, 876 Schecther Drive, Wilkes-Barre.
PAN’s First Time and Notary Reappointment seminars in Mercer on April 18 and 19 at the Comfort Inn, have been cancelled. However, the Motor Vehicle Advanced Seminar set for April 20 in Mercer at the Comfort Inn, 835 Perry Highway, is still scheduled.
The afternoon Notary Reappointment Seminar in Chambersburg on April 12 has also been cancelled.
The Pennsylvania Association of Notaries has scheduled two afternoon reappointment seminars for renewing notaries in the Hummelstown and Lancaster areas.
