It covers all the new aspects of the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts (RULONA), which became effective on October 26, 2017, including the notary appointment process, identifying your customers, changes in notary equipment and the new notary act – witnessing or attesting a signature.
The cost of the seminar is $69. Pre-registration is recommended.

PAN members: The March-April issue of Notary Notes Digital was emailed out on Wednesday, March 7. If you haven’t had a chance to glance through it, please take a few minutes to do so.
This issue is chock-full of great information – from how to eliminate notary exam anxieties to understanding the different forms of acknowledgment.
For motor vehicle agents, we offer up an article on extending temporary registration credentials and an article on the increase of documentary fees for vehicle dealers in 2018.
And do you know what’s happening with Real ID in Pennsylvania? Check out page 14 in the March-April 2018 issue of Notary Notes. It’s explained there.
