Every PAN member has a profile in PAN’s Member Portal. If the profile is “enabled,” the profile appears in our Find a Notary search on our website and can be used for individuals who are searching for the services of a local notary.
Each member profile is disabled until the member enables the information. If you wish to have your profile appear in the Find a Notary search, you must enable the information by logging into the Member Portal. One the left side, you will see the link “Edit Notary Search Listing.” Click on the listing, double-check that your information is correct. Scroll down to the Notary Details section and update that information as well. Click on the Profile Status at the top of the Contact Information to enable your information, then scroll back down to click Update Profile.
Your contact information will appear in the Find a Notary page. the link allows visitors to our website to locate a notary by zip code, county or city.
