This week, Oct. 7-11, the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries and thousands of other businesses across the U.S. are celebrating Customer Service Week, which honors employees who provide services to clients.
And while this is the official week to celebrate customer service, PAN unofficially celebrates customer service every day of the year.
It begins the moment our customer service representatives answer your phone calls, send emails in response to your inquiries and fills out orders you place over the phone or online. They do it with smiles on their faces and a willingness to provide you with the best possible service.
It begins the moment our education instructors greet you at a notary or motor vehicle seminar and continues by answering your many questions. PAN instructors enjoy the interaction with individuals who come to learn.
It begins in PAN’s manufacturing department where every notary rubber stamp seal is made with precision and care and where your orders are shipped out promptly.
