PAN’s new 24-7 Knowledgebase is now available for our members.
When you have a notary or motor vehicle question, simply type in a keyword or search term. Informational articles, how-to-documents and forms will be listed to help answer your notary and motor vehicle questions.
The Knowledgebase is currently a work in progress and we need your help. Your specific feedback will help it evolve into a tool you will use over and over again.
Click on the feedback button within the Knowledgebase and:
- Suggest article topics
- Rate the articles thumbs up or down
- Tell us whether your keyword search was successful and if you were able to find the information you needed
- Let us know if specific articles were clear and concise
You’ll also be able to chat with a PAN customer service representative when you utilize the Knowledgebase during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
PAN’s Knowledgebase can be accessed through the Member Portal on PAN’s Web site at www.notary.org. To access the Member Portal, type in your Customer ID Number and password. Your Customer ID Number is located on your membership card and above your mailing address on print Notary Notes and any Reappointment reminder postcard.
Once you log onto the Portal, click on the top left link. There is a search box under the Welcome greeting that allows you to type in a topic you wish to search.
