PAN’s Online Chat, a popular and easy-to-use feature on PAN’s Web site, www.notary.org, has been upgraded.
After careful consideration, PANs IT Department decided to go with Parature’s Online Chat software. Its full-integrated, support-focused chat application routes chats to the appropriate PAN customer service representative, based on availability.
Questions from PAN members coming into our Online Chat are answered quickly. Overall, it provides an excellent chat experience for both PAN’s customer service representatives and our members.
