Erie County Notary Elected to Council Arrested Again

Ebert G. Beeman, notary and councilman-elect for Erie County’s 6th District, was arrested on Dec. 17 on charges of driving with a suspended license, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He will receive the criminal and traffic charges by summons. Read the rest of this entry »
