Membership Survey Results

To those PAN members who responded to our annual membership satisfaction survey in May and provided their input and comments, we say, “thank you!” Knowing how you view PAN’s services helps us serve you better.

Some members posted comments regarding our Member Portal and social media capabilities. They didn’t realize PAN had a Member Portal or that we are represented on the most popular social networking sites on the Internet. PAN even has a blog (which you are reading) and which we are happy to report is gaining more and more subscribers each week.

PAN’s Member Portal is located on our Web site at www.notary.org. Type in your last name (small letters) and your PAN customer number to gain access. Within the Member Portal you can check the status of your appointment or reappointment, search Notary Notes’ archives, access forms such as the notary application, different types of acknowledgments; affidavit, certificate, verification forms; and powers of attorney. These forms can be downloaded for free. We’ve also provided a handy chart of motor vehicle forms and fees. In addition, you can view a tutorial on completing a notary application and download PAN logos, various types of signs and your membership card to print.

The Association has actively participated in social networking for over three years. Please check out PAN’s Facebook page – https://www.facebook.com/PaAssocNotaries; and our Twitter site – https://twitter.com#1/PaAssocNotaries. We’re also on LinkedIn and Google+. Just do a search for PAN (or Pennsylvania Association of Notaries) on those sites. We’d love it if you’d join us and become part of our conversations.
