PAN President to Speak at National Convention

Marc L. Aronson, president of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (PAN), will present a lecture on “Notary Dos and Don’ts” at the annual conference of the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks (NACRC) on July 14 in Pittsburgh.

His lecture will also focus on some of the highlights of the Property Records Industry Association’s (PRIA) white paper “Notary Best Practices for Recordable Documents.” Aronson served as co-chair of the committee in charge of creating and coordinating the white paper along with Nancy Becker, recorder of deeds in Montgomery County.

NACRC is a professional organization of elected and appointed county officials who network on a national level to share information and ideas. Founded in 1949, it has members from nearly every state. NACRC is an affiliate of the National Association of Counties, the unified voice of county government in Washington, D. C.

Aronson has been president of PAN since 1983.
