Effective July 1, 2010, Notary Notes digital will be sent to all PAN members for whom we have E-mail addresses.

The core function of Notary Notes digital will remain the same – to educate and inform PAN members. The digital format will allow for full-color pages with sharp, high-resolution print that’s easy to read. Options include the use of animation, pop-up charts and graphs, editoral flash that provides impact to articles, and the eventual use of video links.

PAN has offered the two-color digital version of Notary Notes since January 2009. Our members have responded favorably. In July 2010, we’ll take that next giant leap into digital with all the visual choices that it brings.

Members who want to continue receiving a print version of Notary Notes must:

• Go to the Web site at www.NotaryNotes.com and fill out the address form, or
• Call toll-free 866-261-3132 and leave a voicemail providing your name, address and customer number.

Members always have the option of logging on to the Member Portal on PAN’s Web site (www.notary.org) to download and print copies of Notary Notes.
