Back in the 1800s, the telegraph was a great way to communicate important business matters somewhat quickly.
In the 21st century, E-mail provides a quick and easy way for a business to communicate with its customers. At the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (PAN), we rely on E-mail to inform our members about everything from reappointment to changes in the notary public law. E-mail provides a faster response time than traditional snail mail (via U.S. Postal Service).
PAN is always in the process of updating our member E-mail database. If we haven’t heard from you in a while, give one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives a call at 800-944-8790 or E-mail us at pan@notary.org. We want to make sure our database is as up-to-date as possible so you don’t miss out on any important communications.
And don’t worry. PAN does not sell or give E-mail addresses to third parties.
