Upcoming First Time Notary Seminars for October

Learn What It Takes to Become a Notary in Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (PAN) is offering its First Time Notary and Everyday Notary Challenges Seminars at various locations throughout October.

The First Time Notary Seminar (9 a.m. to noon) is state-approved and fulfills the three-hour mandatory education requirement to become a notary in Pennsylvania. Topics of discussion include the Notary Public Law, notarial powers, notarial seal and register, and acceptable forms of identification.

PAN’s Everyday Notary Challenges Seminar (1 p.m. to 4 p.m.) covers problem documents, wills, powers of attorney, and mortgages.

The cost is $64 per seminar.
